FOUR YEARS AGO, I HAD A LAWYER OFFER WHAT HE CALLED REPRESENTATION, QOUTING A FIGURE ON MY INITIAL VISIT TO HIS OFFICE. THIS WAS A SETTLEMENT HE HAD IN MIND FOR A WHISTLEBLOWER CASE WHICH I THEN THOUGHT, AND STILL THINK IS LESS THAN WHAT THE FACTS ARE.
RECENTLY I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE AT PLACES I FREQUENT, SEEMINGLY WAITING FOR ME, AFTER SEEING SOMEONE KNOWN TO ME IN CLOSE PROXIMITY.
THESE ACQUAINTANCES TELL ME TO GET RID OF MY SHOPPING CART.
I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS SITUATION, ALBEIT THE OPPOSING SIDE, AT THE YMCA AND ON THE STREET.
MOST RECENTLY, I HAVE SEEN A STREET PERFORMER THAT HAD PAINTED A PICTURE OF PRESIDENT OBAMA, AND NEXT TO IT, A PICTURE OF WHAT APPEARED TO BE A RABBI WITH SOME DENOMINATION OF CURRENCY HELD TO HIS CHEST.
THE ONLY THING I CAN SURMISE, IS THIS MAY BE ATTEMPTS TO SUGGEST AND SHOW WILLINGNESS TO NEGOTIATE A RESOLUTION.
IT HAS BEEN, AND IS STILL MY BELIEF THAT. CONSIDERING THE METHODICAL AND DELIBERATE WAY THIS INSIDIOUSNESS HAS PROCEEDED; OTHERS HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF IT'S HARM.
I HAVE HELD THAT, IF A THOROUGH AND IMPARTIAL INVESTIGATION IS DONE THESE OTHERS WILL BE FOUND AT ALL THE INSTITUTIONS, AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS I MENTION.
NOT "BOOT STRAPPERS" AND OPPORTUNISTS, WHO HAVE COME UPON THIS INFORMATION THROUGH TALKING TO ME OR SEEING ONE OF MY MANY POSTS ONLINE. THOSE WHO WOULD GRAFT THEMSELVES ONTO A FESTERING SORE ON SOMEONE'S BEHIND, IF THEY SAW DOLLAR SIGNS THERE. BUT THOSE WHO CAN BE FOUND GOING THROUGH THE RECORDS OF THESE VARIOUS AGENCIES. THOSE WHO EITHER HAD FAMILIES TO SUPPORT AND HAD TO SURRENDER, THOSE WHO POSSIBLY DID NOT RECOGNIZE WHAT WAS HAPPENING; AND THOSE FRIGHTENED BY GOONS.
THEY SHOULD ALSO HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION.
SO, MY COMMITMENT REGARDING UNOFFICIAL SETTLEMENTS HAS BEEN, AND STILL IS, IN THE WORDS OF A GREAT AMERICAN - MARY POPPINS.

Thank you for the assistance you have given. Please, do not contact Senator Akaka's office again, on my behalf. Unless there is some neccessary secrecy to an investigation he is doing, all I have received from his offices is a letter in response to my inquiring about funds for the Hawaii State Library. My concerns extend much further than this. Hopefully, the light being shed on activities in the Justice Department will lend itself to some justice for me. Otherwise it will be nothing but justice delayed and denied.

Thank you so much for your correspondence. It has not been the norm in this situation. In fact, the great majority I have contacted here in Hawaii and outside, which is now in the tens of hundreds, have not responded at all. I will follow your directions and contact Sen. Akaka's office directly. What follows is what has transpired recently. I do not expect a response. It just seems no one here is interested, although in a place this small and "closed", there are few secrets or situations that remain unknown.

I am hopeful that they will address your issues to the best of their abilities, but beyond that I cannot say what their course of action will be.
